Processing of refunds

When you send an email to our customer service to initiate a return, your request will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that due to high demand, immediate responses are not always possible.

Refund Eligibility

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. If you cancel, you have another 30 days to return the product. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us via info@toynation.eu  to start the return procedure.

If the return shipment is caused by the consumer, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The specific costs depend on the chosen courier.


If the received goods are damaged or not in order for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

 

Refund process

 

  1. Inspection : Once we have received the returned product, we inspect it to ensure it complies with the return policy.
  2. Issuing refunds : After inspection, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
  3. Return shipping costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These amount to approximately EUR 8.95 per package.

 

Non-returnable items

No refunds can be granted for:

- Sealed products that have been opened

- Custom-made products according to consumer specifications

- Personal items that cannot be returned due to their nature

 

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days via info@toynation.eu  and send us a photo of the defect. We will replace the product or refund the full purchase amount. For recurring defects, we reimburse the purchase price.
